Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
